CARA MEMBUAT :
a.
Sautee onion hingga harum,
masukkan celery, chilli aduk rata
b.
Masukkan semua bahan yang lain
untuk sauce, simmer, seasoning, angkat
Fish :
a.
Campur cream cheese, oregano,
cayenne pepper
b.
Oleskan campuran bahan (no 4
) pada sisi fillet fish, gulung padat dan rapikan
c.
Letakkan roll fish dalam
roasting pan yang sudah diberi mire
poix, tutup dengan aluminium foil
d.
Bakar dalam oven selama 30 menit dengan suhu 200 derajat celcius,
angkat

Penyajian :
a.
Hidangkan panas-panas,
tuangkan sauce di atasnya, garnis dengan slice lime, dill
sertakan pelengkapnya
b.
Kemasi
semua peralatan yang habis dipakai
