CARA MEMBUAT :

1.
Siapkan semua bahan dan
peralatan
2.
Sautee garlic dan onion
hingga harum, masukkan vegetables, aduk rata
3.
Masukkan tomato paste, flour,
aduk rata
4.
Masukkan stock, simmer hingga vegetables lunak
5.
Masukkan tomato concasseae,
seasoning
6.
Hidangkan panas-panas, garnis atasnya dengan parmesan cheese, sertakan garlic bread
7.
Kemasi peralatan yang habis
dipakai
